As a UX Designer, I was brought onto this project to assist the client in jump starting the modernization of their technology infrastructure to bolster and enhance security, optimize services and tools, streamline operations, and increase scalability for years to come. Once my team and I assisted the client get to a certain point in the project, the client took over with their internal team. The project is set to go live later in 2025.

I was a part of three different department teams to work with stakeholders, end users and subject matter experts to modernize their pillars of the member platform.

I also worked alongside other UX/UI Designers, developers and engineers on the Core Principal and Design Systems team to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all products, aligning design principles with technical implementation and fostering collaboration to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.

Client: Financial Clearing Organization

The product: A modernized member platform designed to streamline operations, elevate risk management capabilities, and implement a more robust data management system, delivering improved services to members and market participants.

The challenge

The end goal was modernizing a Financial Clearing Platform to address the complexity of its existing workflows and legacy system constraints while meeting the diverse needs of its users. The challenge included ensuring compliance with strict regulatory requirements, integrating modern technologies without disrupting ongoing operations, and maintaining user trust through clear and secure interactions.

By collaborating within an Agile methodology, I created intuitive, user-centered solutions for complex workflows. I collaborated closely with diverse stakeholders, including market participants and internal teams, to understand their unique needs while addressing legacy system constraints. My focus was on simplifying intricate processes, ensuring accessibility across devices, and fostering trust through clear, secure interactions. By aligning with regulatory requirements and integrating modern technologies seamlessly, I helped deliver a streamlined, scalable platform that elevated the user experience without disrupting existing operations.
