  • Due to my status as a small business, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide detailed photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • I will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, I will offer a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards, downloadable digital products, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

  • I do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, I will replace it with the same item, subject to availability.

5. Limited Liability:

  • TJ Vann Art is not liable for damages incurred during shipping or for items lost in transit.

  • I recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping method for returns.
