🌟 The Custom Pokémon Card Process

Here’s how your one-of-a-kind card goes from idea to reality:

1. Submit Your Request

Fill out the Inquiry Form with all your details — including who or what the card is based on, name, abilities, and a photo. Don’t worry if you’re not sure about everything — I’ll help guide the creative direction! (And apologies for the length of the form… the more information you can provide, the better the outcome will be!)

2. Confirmation & Payment

Within 48 hours, you'll receive an email confirming your request, clarifying any missing details, and providing a payment link. Once payment is received, your order is officially in the queue.

3. Concept Mock-Up

If your order includes a premium or physical option, you’ll receive a rough concept or preview within 5–7 business days. You’ll have two rounds of edits to request minor changes before finalization. Any additional edit request is an additional $10 per round.

4. Final Artwork Creation

I’ll bring your card to life with custom visuals, type styling, and playful details that match your vision. This step typically takes 7–10 business days from confirmation.

5. Delivery

• Digital Orders: You’ll receive a high-resolution, print-ready file (JPEG or PNG) via email.

• Physical Orders: Your card will be professionally printed, packaged, framed and shipped to your provided address. Shipping times vary based on location (typically 5–10 business days within the U.S.).

6. Share & Celebrate!

You’re welcome to share your custom card on social media — and if you tag me (@tjvannart), I’d love to reshare it! With your permission, I may also feature it in my portfolio.
